Glad that you have asked. So what is going on in the life of Mistress Katya? Great things actually.
For starters-I’m now in New Jersey! Wait, let me explain.
Most people know that my home base is Manhattan, NYC. On occasion, I will travel back to Long Island to see some of my subs who I just couldn’t part from when I stopped taking Long Island sessions back in 2009 but for the most part, I am a NYC Domme.
Last year, I was offered an opportunity to have my own studio in NJ…and I took it. With that being said, I now have a studio in Northern NJ and is just 30 minutes from Manhattan. How wonderful is that?
Sanctuary studios is my personal dungeon space and my work in progress. Since November, I have been working on designing it to reflect my personal style in both Domination and style. It has been a long labor of love but well worth it. I learned how to use power tools quite well in the process. Nothing hotter then a latex clad Domme with a drill press.
But back to what I was saying.
It will have a fully functional bondage bed with an adjustable head so you can view every little detail of the torment that I inflict upon your body. Eventually a spanking horse will make it’s home in the studio as well but the bondage bed is the star of the show.
In addition, a drop down “CBT/NT” rack is going to accompany the bed so I can do a little suspension bondage on your small bits.
The medical cabinet has everything that I need to conduct a thorough examination and the toy rack is fully stocked with everything I require to put you in your place such as floggers, paddles, hair brushes, whips, canes, etc.
In addition to the wonderful toys and furniture, Sanctuary is decorated to my personal tastes with latex curtains, a latex padded panel wall, stained glass windows and just the right amount of lighting to create a very ambient mood. Considering that is my first private space, I am very proud of it and I look forward to the first session to “break in” the new space.
I plan to open the studio for sessions by Mid-March…so I can celebrate my birthday the correct way, with a sub licking my boots :)
“But Mistress, are you still taking NYC sessions?”
Good question.
Yes, I am still going to session in NYC. After all, I am a NYC Domme. I am going to conduct sessions in both New York city AND Northern NJ. I was given a rare opportunity to have my own studio that is catered to my needs as a Dominatrix. Now if anyone wants to give me a piece of NYC property, my birthday is March 18 *hint hint*.
So what else am I up to?
My website has been re-vamped and streamlined to make it user friendly. My video, photos and blog are directly linked now so instead of surfing through my website, looking for the link to my video store, you can just click on the tab and be brought to the site.
Speaking of videos, I started to film again. Although I am very sporadic with my filming, I do enjoy it but my schedule does not always permit me to indulge so I’ve been trying to get back into the swing of things. So if you want to see more videos, go buy some and give me a reason to keep doing them :)
